ANDY WAUGH YACHT DESIGN is a well established yacht design and visualisation studio with prestigious clients including Feadship and Dorries Yachts whom are responsible for the build of project Arwen, the largest first commission of any designer in history.

Andy is renowned for his flamboyant and dynamic use of form, pushing the boundaries of yacht design forward and inspiring the entire industry. Regardless of the size or specification of the design Andy utilises his core philosophy of ‘sophisticated simplicity’, derived from the analysis of what constitutes a ‘design classic’. For the most part classic designs are described as elegant in their simplicity but in order to achieve such a result there is always a sophisticated resolution of numerous, conflicting technical and ergonomic factors.
